Description

As part of the Brompton Cemetery Conservation Project, the Contractor will be responsible for generating text for the stories presented to visitors at the cemetery on the media listed below, which are described in more detail in the Brompton Cemetery Interpretation Plan. The Contractor will carry out all tasks relating to story research, planning, outlining, copywriting, editing and stakeholder approval.

The Contractor will take primary responsibility for sourcing (but not paying for) all pre-existing illustrative material such as historic photographs and drawings. The separately appointed Interpretation Plan Delivery Consultant will take primary responsibility for commissioning and managing production of new illustrative materials such as bespoke photography and drawings, although the Contractor will specify these and comment on their production. The Interpretation Plan Delivery Consultant will take primary responsibility for commissioning and managing media designs such as panel and leaflet layouts, although the Contractor will assist in specifying these and comment on their production.
