Description

Acivico Limited requires a supplier for the provision of a comprehensive Payroll Bureau Service.

Acivico Limited is wholly owned by Birmingham City council and has three subsidiary companies. The Group (including Acivico Limited Company) currently consists of Building Consultancy Limited, Design, Construction and Facilities Management (DCFM) Limited and Acivico Traded Services Limited although in the future may set up further companies under the Group structure. Collectively and individually, the companies are referred to as Acivico. The intention is to set up a payroll bureau that is able to identify which company the employee is assigned to. Each company will have its own PAYE reference.

The payroll bureau service will include, but not limited to:
1. Process monthly
2. Optional - Employees to be able to access an employee self-serve portal
3. Breakdown of all employees and employers pay and deductions.
4. At the year-end produce the P60's and P11D's
5. On board all new employees, process changes and process leavers as directed by Acivico HR
6. Responsible for submitting returns to HMRC and pension scheme
7. Liaise with Acivico HR and Finance in the provision of information and advice
8. Liaise with employees and external parties as required
9. Attend quarterly performance review meetings

The contract will commence on 9 December 2019 to allow for implementation and mobilisation by 1 April 2020. The contract will be for two years four months in the first instance with an option to extend for a further two 12 month periods subject to satisfactory performance for up to a maximum duration of four years four months.
