This is a request for information only. The OU is carrying out pre-market research for:
- A front-end UX layer to allow students to interact with one platform instead of multiple and allow a personalised experience for the user.
- A content store to allow our help and guidance to be stored in a single location to increase consistency and reduce duplication.
- A marketing automation tool to help us improve our student interventions to analyse how we can be helping students and enquirers
