The Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games requires the supply of furniture, fixtures and equipment at approximately 40 official Games venues (as set out in the Procurement Documentation) across various locations within the West Midlands and London including:
•Competition venues - such as greenfield sites, stadiums, exhibition centres
•Athlete villages - such as university halls of residence and hotels
•Non-competition venues - such as training venues, fleet / bus depots and airports

The OC is considering two options for the supply of Goods:

•Option 1: Rental
•Option 2: Buyback

The OC will evaluate both options and choose the option that offers the most value for money.
The FF&E requirement has been divided into four (4) categories, as set out below:
•Venue FF&E
•Village general FF&E
•Village supplementary residential FF&E
•FA Specific FF&E - optional service
