Description
The works are described as the upgrade or replacement of Leachate Treatment Systems to two (2) closed landfill sites. The systems are required to treat leachate by removing methane prior to discharge to foul sewer to enable the Authority to comply with regulations and the discharge consent agreed with United Utilities.
