Description

To establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, drainage and plumbing products and services for members of the Northern Housing Consortium. The DPS will be available to be accessed by all current and future members of the Northern Housing Consortium.
