Description

Onward Group Ltd is one of the largest registered providers of social housing based solely in the North West of England with 35,000 homes across Merseyside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
Onward are seeking to appoint a framework of 3-4 suitably qualified, accredited, and experienced Contractors to undertake relevant construction works across the group for all 3 regions.
The anticipated total value range of the framework is between ?1.2m to ?2.5m. Please note there is no guarantee of any given volume or value of work.
The framework will be for the provision of the following works within the boundaries of each group of properties
Conversions
o Anticipated 10 to 15 units per annum
o Average value ?15k each

Void rehabilitation
o Anticipated 10 to 15 units per annum
o Average value ?10k each

Deconversions
o Anticipated 2 to 3 units per annum
o Average value circa ?40-?50k each

Major refurbishments
o Anticipated 1 to 2 units per annum
o Average value circa ?75-?150k each
